Position: Senior Associate/Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise among our teams and clients and gather the necessary information.

• Define and document scope of business requirements of the new solution.

• Support advisory assignments.

• Participate in cross-division business development activities.

Position: Consultant/Part-time Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Offer professional guidance in the areas of law, business, investment, and risk assessment to our clients.

• Participate in and support various projects, customizing solutions based on client needs.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation, presenting information clearly and concisely to support the decision-making process of clients.

• Provide training and guidance to both the company team and clients in relevant fields, sharing best practices and enhancing professional skills.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree or higher in law, business, finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with consulting experience preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates with overseas or multinational company experience.

• Strong understanding of law, business strategy, investment, and risk management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to deliver results on time.
